Neela Patel

Neela is a global HR leader with extensive experience in driving growth in global organisations. Since 2007, she has specialised in the Telco/Satellites, SaaS, deep tech/AI, and RPA/Automation sectors. More recently, she has held HR leadership roles in investor-backed scale-ups. Neela is known for her energetic, ethical, and integrity-driven approach to aligning people, culture, and business goals. She holds both undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in Business Studies, HRM, OD and Change, and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD).
