Paul is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience across UK and global markets, with a specific depth of experience in Communications, Government, Defence, and Security. He started his career in the Military and delivered outstanding results as a CEO and Group MD running international technology businesses for Racal, Thales, Serco and Cobham. He also has an excellent track record in business turnarounds, product launches, and securing significant contracts, including winning over £5bn of new business. Paul also co-chairs the MOD’s DSF Capability Management working group.

Nigel is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. With a primary focus on innovative technology, from Satellite Communications to video gaming, Nigel brings with him a host of multi-sector international experience. As Finance Director and CFO of Avanti Communications, Nigel has been instrumental in building both private and listed businesses, developing growth strategies and delivering business innovation.

Rod is the Chief Operating Officer and US President at ALL.SPACE. Having led highly successful businesses in the Infrastructure Services sector, including KPMG and Ventia, Rod has global experience in telecommunications, infrastructure, and defense. Sporting an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Netherlands, and more recently, a significant win for the UK's Ministry of Defense, Rod is well placed to support ALL.SPACE on its mission to transform defense communications around the world.

With over 15 years of experience in the satellite industry, Chief Revenue Officer Charles has a proven track record of customer delivery and leadership. As former Chief Commercial Officer at O3B Networks, as well as SES Network’s first Chief of Staff and Executive Vice President Commercial, Charles brings invaluable expertise to his role in supporting, and delivering, ALL.SPACE’s customer growth strategy.

JP is a highly-skilled technology entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience across engineering. Armed with an Engineering Masters from Cambridge University, he’s worked on a number of R&D projects ranging from medical automation to satellite antennas. Having also co-founded a startup in the solar industry, JP is well-versed in successfully taking novel technologies from inception all the way through to production.

Michael joins ALL.SPACE as Chief Commercial Officer, having served as a Partner at AE Industrial Partners where he led the Series A investment in ALL.SPACE and was a board member. Prior to AEI, he was a founding member and managing director at Boeing HorizonX Ventures, overseeing global early-stage investments. Michael's expertise spans corporate strategy, M&A, and venture capital, with a strong focus on emerging technologies and investment management. He also holds an MBA from Ohio State University.

James is a practising solicitor and started his career as a corporate lawyer in London, first at Dechert LLP and then at DLA Piper LLP, before joining Innovation Group, the business process services provider, as their first in-house lawyer and subsequently at Colt Group, the ventilation and smoke control supplier. James brings a wealth of corporate and commercial experience from his time at Innovation Group and Colt Group, overseeing numerous corporate transactions and material commercial contracts, and became a key member of the executive teams at both Innovation Group and Colt Group that sold their respective businesses. James was also company secretary at Innovation Group and Colt Group.
