New UK Head Office

In 2022, our UK Head Office moved location (within Reading, UK) to Thames Valley Park, a well-known business park, nature reserve and fully net-zero carbon premises where some very prestigious companies such as Microsoft, HP and Oracle also reside.

Thames Valley Park also provide a free shuttle bus which travels to and from Reading Station and other stops along the way to promote the use of public transportation, thus further keeping emissions down around the park.

Our new location, the Now Building within Here + Now, was specifically chosen for its impressive credentials of being ‘A new class of workplace environment, where the office environment is complimented by a sociable community and an abundance of amenity for exercise and relaxation.’

Here + Now is the first UK scheme to have achieved BREEAM Outstanding, Fitwel 3* and RESET® Air certifications. There are many other facilities in and around the office which makes for an inspiring place to work:

Free Resources for Employees

It is integral that our workforce remain happy and healthy both physically and mentally.

Complimentary sugar-free drinks, healthy snacks and fresh fruit are replenished in our UK locations throughout the week and free drinks are available in the US office too. Our team works incredibly hard so we feel that ensuring some fuel is available to keep them going is the least we can do.

Included in our employee benefits package is a free online portal which contains extensive resources for getting active, eating healthily, managing finances and mastering your mental health.

Not only are mental health exercises such as breathwork, manifestation and sleep guidance readily available for all employees, we work with the BHSF Employee Assistance Portal to also offer professional and confidential health/wellbeing services such as counselling, free of charge.
